#ChangeTheNow Facilitator Training Program
#ChangeTheNow (#CTN) is building a region of changemakers by developing skills in empathy, collaboration, shared leadership and changemaking in action through experiential learning.
The #CTN Facilitator Training Program provides capacity building, exchange of generative knowledge and coaching through a Community of Practice, combining self-directed virtual components and in-person engagements. Participants will develop a personal Theory of Change, understand how a changemaking approach can benefit students and community, and build their confidence in using #CTN social innovation toolkits to support the work they already do and inspire learners to be the agents of change.
Reach out to #CTN at changethenow@georgiancollege.ca to learn more about the facilitator training program and experiential learning opportunities and follow on Linkedin.
