First Book Canada and Ashoka Canada are joining with Swiss Haute Horlogerie manufacturer Audemars Piguet to equip a generation of educators and young people with the abilities needed to take action to make sustainable change in communities within Canada and around the world. New resources are now available in English, French, Inuktitut, Plains Cree and Anishinaabemowin (Eastern Ojibwe).
Launched on September 30, 2024, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Time for Change resources are one way for us to respond to Call to Action #62, by building up a body of educational resources that tell the story of Indigenous innovators of today and support their flourishing tomorrow.
